maternity payments

Woman who are on maternity leave struggle when they have to be paid.number one they must go sign their forms at work,i dont understand why they dont send the forms to them.number two after all that hustle and struggle still they get paid late. Remember that after giving birth you are still in pain,you then take the little that you have and use it to go and find out about the delay,then you get there and get an attitude.bear in mind some people are relying on that money they have no back up.can the system put that into consideration.
