Long overdue pension fund payout

I would like to log an complaint against the Metal Industries Funds Administrators (MIFBA)<br> <br> I have been waiting seven months for my pension fund to be paid out.<br> <br> Several telephone calls and logged queries to their call centre amounted to nothing. Three week ago I was made an promise that my pension fund will be paid out in two week time by mystery man Sibiso. Friday I phoned to follow up and STILL A BIG NOTHING has been done concerning my claim. NOBODY KNOWS ABOUT MY SUPPOSED PAID OUT And now another query has been logged .The latest excuse for the delay is the post office strike? Really ? I handed my documents in at the Cape Town branch last year July, and the Joburg branch has acknowledged that they have received it.<br> <br> Shocking service!!I have never experienced such bad customer care. When am I going to receive my pay out, if ever?? <br>
