LONG OVERDUE OF PENSION PAYOUT

I submitted my claim in September 2014 and I was informed that the documents was received and in order and the process will take 4 months for pay out. With my follow up call in December 2014 I was informed that the bank details was verified and in order but they are just awaiting an authorisation signature from a manager but they are all on leave and will only return in January 2015. In the beginning of February 2015 I called again to follow up and was informed to enquire after 3 weeks. 4 months has now elapsed and if I call 3 weeks from now it will take to 5 months of waiting with no feedback no answer no payout and no explanation as to why I'm still waiting for my money! This is the first pension fund that takes 4 months and longer instead of the regular 6- 8 weeks!!! Pathetic!
