Life changing news

I had no idea I had this money owing to me until I was contacted, naturally you do all the paperwork and wait. I have ticked every box for Mibfa. The problem I am having is that I would have been in a better financial position had I not known about these outstanding funds. The minute I got news that I was going to be paid out, I started holding back on certain finances thinking as per communication that money will be paid out. Its months later, I am now in a financial blunder. The response I get is that there is only one company that does the statement for pay-outs and I must call back every two weeks. Really? I am now in a life threatening ordeal due to poor levels of communication and lies. We grow up learning honesty is the best policy - in this case this Mibfa has caused me to lose my life.
