Late payment of provident Fund

I app**** for my provident fund on 01/10/2014 in Port Elizabeth and i was told the process takes 4 months. I did a follow up at the end of March and i was told the application has never been started . i need answers and i am looking for legal advice this is unacceptable. <br> I am waiting for more than 20 minutes to get to a consultant at the call center and who will pay me back my airtime. I am not getting any feedback from MIBFA .<br> Lets be fare and free.
