Incompetence

I app**** to have my provident fund paid out on the 13 April 2015 just to be told I have not been working and contributing for the last four years after this query was solved, I app**** to have the moneys paid out on the 31 May 2015. I was told to phone after two months after I phoned I was informed that my application has still not been processed. I must phone back. I can not even get a statement on their website.
