I've been dropping off documents at MIBFA for several years and the service from the people from the reception area that assit the public has become absolutely disgusting, they misstreat the public which is uncalled for. Absolutely terrible!!! I rate 0 stars, reception staff needs to be taken for disciplinary action, no manners whatsoever or respect.
