I want my money

I have been taken from pilar to post by MIBFA administrators (Metal Industries Benefit Funds Administrators). I lost my job in January due to taminal illness. I have submited all required documents 3 times and I'm always told to phone after 4 weeks. This has been happening for past 7 months and I was told the process will only take 4 months. I am not sure if administrators know what they are doing. Everytime I call my file is missing or someone left it uncomplete. ***is useless because no one knows anything. I just need that money to support myself. MIBFA please give me my money.
