I want my money

I put through the claim in April 2020 (if not mistaken),At 1st they were giving excuses about covid.I've been travelling from Polokwane to Johannesburg to sign the form since last year until this year August but still haven't received my payout, M sick and tired of them i just need my money, and I don't wanna wait for that 6 weeks anymore
