I've been waiting for 2 years

I have an email trail dating back to 28January 2013, trying to follow up on the MANUAL application that was submitted at the Cape Town branch<br> <br> I visited your Cape Town office at the end of Jan 2014 to enquire about my late father's surplus fund.<br> <br> After receiving a statement/letter from the Masters of the court, I was advised to go to MIBFA and obtain a Fund Balance.<br> <br> The MIBFA Team Leader in the CPT branch told me that I will be contacted shortly after they receive the balance of the fund from JHB. The Team Leader checked that the documents that i submitted was correct.<br> <br> To date I have not received any feedback.<br> <br> HOW DO I FOLLOW UP ON THIS???<br> <br> It's been TWO YEARS this thing is STILL not sorted.<br> <br> Regards<br> Alec<br> <br> <br>
