i just want to complain about their BAD survice.

I'm waiting very long for my surplus and provident moneys.every time I phone they tell me phone back in 4 weeks,everytime the same story I'm sick and tired of this **** we don't have any food I mean I worked hard for this money I want my money I'm sick of them telling me phone back in 4 weeks.
