I have been struggling for five months

Good day I have submitted my paper work to MIBFA five months ago and up till now I do not get any joy from them every time I phone them they either give me attitude or they pass the bucket. They told me to process will be in less then 3 months to get my profitand pay out and its been five months now pleaze can you help me with this.
