I have been a part of Mibfa since last year February and when I log in to see my contributions it shows terminated, I even emailed them and the response I get is that I am a member but they don’t have proof, I pay every week

I have been a part of Mibfa since last year February and when I log in to see my contributions it shows terminated, I even emailed them and the response I get is that I am a member but they don’t have proof, I pay every week. This is utterly unacceptable and ***********. I have a feeling in my gut that my contributions is being ******. Worst pension fund ever
