I dont get my money

I have problem with mibfa i delivery my documents at they office at Johannesburg after are few days i get are call that i didn't sign one paper they give me are Email that i can send that paper to. On the 7th July again i email the same paper when i ask about that i send they tell me the person that i send to here. Its not at work they ask me to send again i did that but even today i dont get my money please help me to get my money because its difficult
