I am disappointed with MIBFA

I submitted my application on the 07th of October and till now it has not been paid. It was cancelled from SARS 2 times and when I ask for the delay they say the problem is not on my side, it has been 4 months full and Im sure my claim has not been fixed. I have been calling for updates with no change at all
