how the hell must a wait a minimum of 4 months

I can't believe when I phoned today that nicole montle of mibfa told me I have to wait a minimum of 4 months for my money its unexeptable how the hell can it take so long it takes u today 3days to go to moon hello we don't stay in stone age if u ***s don't know how to do ur job why are u in the bussiness rather close or doors or I see u keep the money longer so that u can make more on stocks and shares so u are ***** man its my money and I want it now not after 4months all componies please consider other provident fund companies cause all ur employees are going to have the same problem at mibfa even u as a owner so think carefully I had enough of mibfa u dissapionted me in so many ways now this is my money not urs so I want it now
