Horrible Service at MIBVA

Request to withdraw from the 2 Pot System was Submitted in October 2024, we do understand that it takes a while and that there was a backlog in the system, however since we call from November 2024, each person that assisted us telling us lies and promises that never happened, we spoke to a manager in the department 2 weeks ago and she confirmed that it hasn't even been sent to SARS as yet, every 2nd week we get told to wait 1-2 weeks - NO LUCK - NO SERVICE!
