Horrible communication

App**** two pot in September no response called in December to find they some how lost 2 of my forms re app**** only to find out in January that they need verification of tax number I've submitted e filling docs multiple times with no luck and no communication from mibfa at all unless u send a e mail and wait a month or call and wait a month for them to answer
