Good customer service

I have had the unfortunate experience of my husband passing away 5 months ago. You always hear terrible stories about the inefficiency of MIPF staff members.<br> My experience, whilst fearing the worst, was wonderful. Michelle is so considerate, helpful, full of understanding. What more could one ask for.<br> Michelle, thank you for assisting me in the way you did. Thank you for always following up and keeping me in the loop. You are a treasure and it was my fortune to deal with you.<br> My payment is expected within a month, and I could not ask for better service.<br> Well done and I hope MIPF gives you a bunch of flowers for a job well done!
