Frustrated member

I am disappointed in several aspects regarding this company. Not only are they retaining our funds, but we are also incurring additional expenses by having to call them, often waiting on hold for an hour without reaching the claims department, regardless of the time of day. My claim was assigned to a consultant named Ntombi, who notified my previous HR department over a month ago,however, my claim has yet to be scanned into their system. This information was relayed to me only after numerous attempts to speak with a claims consultant. Consequently, I am now required to navigate the entire process once more to seek assistance. This situation undermines the hard work of employees who have dedicated years to contributing their earnings to this fund.
