FLORENCE MABE -RUDE PATHETIC SERVICE- AT DEATH CLAIMS

Good day

This has been far the most horrible service I Have received. I have dealt with other consultants. However it is not the first time, in numerous occasions I have spoken to Florence Mabe, by the sound- the consultant she is very rude, disrespectful, unhelpful, and lacks patience,and her telephonic manner she should not be handling customer service.

It takes 20 years to build a reputation and five minutes to ruin it. If you think about that, you'll do things differently. Her level of Service is disgusting and she cannot be able to speak to customers the way she spoke to me. She firstly put me on MUTE, and for the longest time she didn't say anything, the second time I called in again- she was way too rude whereas I requested to speak to the person who she reports to. She conveyed that I am wasting her time as there are other customers who needs assistance. I am very unhappy - AS I only wanted to find out as to how far the claim is as no one is getting back to us.

I have recorded calls that I made to your death claims department, if I do not get feedback regarding the harsh poor and unsatisfied feedback I got from Florence Mabe will be taking the matter further.
