Disspointed service

I was told on the first of June to call at the end of June 2018 to follow up as my process should not take long as all the documents are handed in and will be paid within the next 4 to 8 weeks. When I did I was told to call again at the end of July to follow up again. I called today to follow up on a claim I put on the 1st of June for my remaining and surplus benefits. I called at 10:51 and after holding on for few minutes I was assisted by Aloe who then logged an urgent feedback request from Alexander to call me back. I then asked him why it is still not sorted he told me he is unable to assist and Alexander will come back to me. i then requested a supervisor or any superior to talk to where Aloe became very rude and defensive. i then tried telling him that i am not reporting him i just need further assistance who might be able to assist, but he kept fighting with me, not allowing me to finish my sentence. even after telling him i feel offended with his tone of voice he continued arguing with me, stipulating that there is no superior available, she left the office, and that he cant transfer me as he is in a call center and is unable to transfer. I then said its fine i will hold till she reruns then he can give her the phone, Aloe then continued to stipulate that he will drop the phone as he needs to assist the next caller, before i could respond he dropped the phone at 10:51 exactly.

I am highly disappointed with this service, i have been patient and have done everything that was requested from me. but the day i request a proper feedback of my process, this is what i get.

I have also requested a proper breakdown of my benefits to be paid out. I was given a email address of ********** who sent me a statement of both claims on which he sent me a statement for the remainder benefits on the 20th of June, i then responded requesting a statement of the surplus as well.with no response. i then sent a reminder mail on the 20th of July again, but yet again no response, not even an explanation nothing.
