Disrespectfull

I called MIBFA 3 times since the morning to follow up regarding my query that they claim they never recived the proof but all 3 times I have been meeting with very rude agents, who doesn't know how to speak to people. This is the most unproffesional company I have ever met and to think they dealing with peoples money. I have been holding on for more the 15 min each time and every time one of these agents answer the call, they still telling you to hold on, whats the reason for holding on, I don't know but in the end they still couldn't help me out. They claim they can't hear me, how did you hear me when I gave you'll the ID Number? What the hell is going on here, where the hell is the money that you'll suppose to pay out? What happend to the documents because in December you'll claimed the money was returned to your office from SARS because of the dates that's wrong so now you'll want to tell me you'll can't find the documents, what happened to it? I have a receipt that's marked down of all the documents you'll received? So why must I fill new forms in, it's been over a year, where is the money? Who stole it? Who destroyed the documents? I'm willing to fight this matter in court.
