DISGUSTED BY LANCE

I am extremely appalled by the switchboard operator at mibfa by the name of lance, while trying to call and follow up to see how far my partners claim was he rudely asked what department we were looking for an without even waiting to hear us respond he said we were wasting his time and he must terminate the call. I don't understand how companies can put such rude people in their frontline I'm utterly disgusted by this guys behaviour
