I app**** for my provident payout aug 2014. My tax affairs in order. My documentation in order. Till today still no payout. When u call u are told ******* stories from call centre opetators. Diffetent stories from different operators. I phone at least once a week. What the heck?. Just frikken give me my money. Nobody knows what they are doing and refuse to put u through to a manager or supervisor.
