Desperate and unable to go to school

It's been over a year now since I last received my maintenance allowance from Mibfa as my father's beneficiary..Everytime I phone them to enquire I a taken from pillar to post until my airtime is exhausted.Now I am at home not able to go to school and personal stuff I need to go by..Please intervene and help me because I am a minor and only live with my grandmother.My number:*** Thanks a million
