Delays for almost 5 years

We struggle to get money owed to my my late mum from the metal industries Benefit fund ,every time we ohone the call centre they let you hold for almost an hour and then answer only to tell you to wait for 6 weeks .when you go to the offices in Pretoria there is a guy there that gives you the same line 6 weeks .my mum registered her claim and was about to receive her money but sadly she passed we had to re register the the claim again and we waiting for almost 1year 5 months and every time we get the same line 6 weeks
