Subsequently he was asked for additional paperwork, this too was handed over to them. <br> <br> However, to date, no money has been paid out yet. <br> <br> When the funds call centre was called a agent named Zuki assured him that he would receive a payout within six weeks. This occured during December 2014. <br> <br> January 2015 an email was sent, to which an auto reply was received. <br> <br> February 2015 yet another email was sent, and again, identical auto reply was received. <br> <br> Mr blignaut stopped working in 1998. <br> <br> When a company assures a client of service delivery, they should perform in accordance. The delay in paying out has left a feeling of distrust towards this surplus fund.
