My Dad worked for more than 35 years with Trans Electron Transformers, and his Contribution is more than 1 million to MIBFA. And since he passed on while he was still working his contribution needs to be multip**** by 3. I received R50 400 payout from them and my percentage that my dad gave me was 30%. The person who was assisting us even refuse to send us the statement. Something is very wrong here. My uncle and my brother they went and asked to speak to the Management and the were referred back to the person who was busy with the process of allocation and they are based in the Johannesburg office. My uncle referred the matter to NUMSA( general secretary)which is my late dads union and my uncle is a shop steward. NUMSA is our only hope now .
