Death Claim Not Settled

We lodged a claim for on behalf of the late Ntombifuthi Ndwandwe's child at MIBFA in 24 July 2012. Evertime we callmtuem Refileo always promises to get back tonus but neber does. I went to their offices and still didn't get any assistance. I've submitted all the required documents to them, but still no responses. I'm looking after the child Karabo and she's in need of finances for schooling and many other things.
