Complaint Mibfa

I Mr A A Cilliers have been trying to get my provident fund payout sincevthe 17th September, to date all I have received is excuses. On the 27th of November I received an email stating that I would receive my payout within 7 to 10 working days, yet I am still waiting. When I call in I am just told that they are busy. They dont care about the customers need and not even Management is stepping in to resolve my ongoing problem with Mibfa. I need the money urgently if that was not the case I would not of requested the payout. I would rate their service as a huge zero as customer care is really not something that they care about. Very disappointing service and a nightmare dealing with them.
