communication

really really!!!! this mibfa peoples are really something else. the only words they can say is six weeks six weeks. PATHETIC. we have put a claim for my husband already 30 January 2015 and every time they have this and that excuse and off course there famous words six weeks. this is a year gone and still no progress. they have ask his bank details in September but the another excuse came. it seems to me they do not know their work or there is definitely no communications. every time a different persons try to help but then again six weeks. it really in real life does not take a year to pay some ones money to them if all the info is correct. they need to get proper training in the work place and learn to read and communicate. this is definitely UNACCEPTABLE!!! get the work done immediately and their will not be such a lot of work.
