Can some MIBFA rep speak any good of their co?

Hi Peter,<br> <br> It is now more than 6 years since my late Dad first app**** for the surplus apportionment at Mibfa and it has been a back and forth with poor service by Mibfa. I have personally never come across such an inefficient organisation it just makes me wonder what kind of fund administration? is it even legal? the kinds of lies upon lies but why though? I mean it just doesn't make sense me. After all these years, My mom as a beneficiary is to-date still told that they will send her a benefit statement via email and its never happened. its my first time hearing of an email taking this long am sure MIBFA is in another world of technology. We get the feeling of giving up but then again just the thought of enriching someone with my dad`s sweat is too daunting. I`m yet to see if there`s a cure for this 'sick' organization.... I mean I personally spoke to Matla, Ed, Kagiso etc. and they are bluffing about the process, documents are all found in their system all that needs to be done is filling in some form with the banking details in order to effect a pay out. Guess what, this has been a rocket science project just to send an email... I wonder how many SA families fall for this?
