Call center Agents

Good Day,

After my Review on Hello Peter I received some of my Late Husbands provident fund. After calling the call center they informed me that they do not pay all the money out at once after filling in forms to say that I would like the money to be paid out in a lump sum. I must be honest to say that the people at the call center are very rude and not very helpful in any matter. I just got feedback that I will receive a letter. I really appreciate that the money I received from the provident fund but still can not do much. Why is it that we can not receive the money at once ?
