Bibfa very slow and criul

Every time i phone to find out how far thy are with my claim thy have different thing to say.I spoke to a *** there and he told me my money will be paid out within 3 weeks.I am still waiting for a response its been 4 months now and thy are very cruel to me every time i phone if you ask them how long do i still have to wait thy are cruel I've had it now it's impossible for them to take so long to pay out my money.
