Benefits not paying out ??

Hi my Name is Lesedi Frans Mokwena , i'm here by laying a complain againts (MIBFA)Metal Industries , I have since been retrenched from work under Alexi Flash (pty)ltd T/A Deltro Sign (Pty)Ltd by the end of october 2017, then submitted my package forms to their offices at Anderson Street in Johanessburg on the 15th November 2017 , I have called several or many times at their offices to ask when they payment be made and its always been postponed, Every document they need is been submitted and nobody is acting ?

I'm Flipping ****ed off with their services it is very poor ,
