bad service. no manners

I am waiting for more than 6 months now for provident to pay out. Today when I phoned again because they said on 22 feb it will be paid out, they said they didn't give dates but all calls are recorded. How long does it take? They are quick to demand payment but not with payout!!!! This is our livelyhood they are messing with. St least speak dignified with your customers
