Bad Service Experience

I submitted a withdrawal claim the end of August. I have received no correspondence from the fund administrators except for the message stating they received my claim. I have been calling and I sending emails to do follow-ups on my claim but they do not answer calls or respond to emails. I am not impressed with the service that I am getting from them.
