Bad service deivery

Damn pity i could not table my review if i did not atleast touch one star otherwise there would have been no star. Ok i appplies end of aug 2020 for my benefits. Sadly i app**** in cape town which only serves as a postal aid for jhb. I cant c why cape town dont have a more prominent role to play. Well its no use enquiring at cape town because cape town is like your kids. They can recieve enquiries but only jhb can exucute them. Now this is where the **** hits the fan. Because jhb has a landline nr but u need 3 hrs and a busload of airtime to get through to jhb. Welll its going in for my 6th month which differs from the 6 weeks i was told to wait. I even tried the services of cape towns supervisor ms ??? Gillian pretorius and sadly she could not help me even after i forwarded my new tax nr as per SARS letterhead. she is admandant that my application was failed because of an incorrect id nr after i tried convincing her my application failed because i gave the wrong tax nr which was wrongly supp**** to me by sars. Now im hoping that they will forward my application with the new sars nr and my id nr which can be found on the certified copy of my id that they have in their posession. Otherwise does Sars have a different id nr of mine.
