bad service and rudeness

I would like to complain about the above mentioned people from Mibfa offices in joburg for the way they treated me when I was quering about my claim, they were unhelpful and very rude in such a way that Godfrey said I must forget about my claim he will destroy my documents, when I asked to speak to their superior they said they are the bosses there and Godfrey hung up on me..
