bad service and non payment of claim

I am utterly disgusted by the service level of metal industries and am frankly rather ****ed off...<br> I was a member with metal industries and put a claim to get my providend fund paid out at the end of june last year and was told that it would take 2 to 3 months to be paid out.<br> <br> the first hiccup was that the account details that I submitted were correct but the account had become dormant which they could have phoned and told me about so that things could be rectified but non the less I re opened the account and submitted forms once again and weekly I was told that it would be paid by the end of that week...<br> <br> eventually I spoke to someone who told me that the reason it was taking so long for the payment to be made was that they had made an internal error and duplicated my claim and was once again sent to the checking dept to be sorted out....<br> <br> I am sitting here now and its the ****** 5th of January 6 months later and still have not been paid out...<br> <br> I have never come across a more *********** company in my life, they are quick to take your monthly contribution but when it comes to claims they drag their feet and shift blame between departments...<br> <br> sort it out!!!!
