BAD, PATHETIC SERVICE EVER AND DEAL WITH CLIENTS!

This person is the worst Consultant I have ever spoken to in my life knowing third party policy etc. She advised that I was being rude and decided to tell me that she will not speak to me and I can hang when I'm ready. <br> <br> i asked to speak to her Manager, kept me on hold for another 5 minutes, came back and asked if i have calmed down. who does that? what Mickey Mouse company are you running. i suugest you send your agents for proper training. they are dealing with clients, not their chommas!
