Bad experience

It has been 3 months of struggling and there is still no outcome for my claim. Specific paperwork keeps getting requested and when that is provided there is other paperwork that gets requested after I have asked a few times if all the needed paperwork is sent. A claim should at least be nearly finalized after 8 weeks so this period of 3 months is getting frustrating. When there are payments to be made to the company they should be made as quickly as possible but when the time for a claim arrives it takes months. It is not a good way to do business and it puts unessesary stress and frustration on already grieving family members.
