Bad attitude

Last year sept i phomed fhem to get information re my late dads mibfa money and i was told that there is profident fund that we can claim and i asked what do tjey need from us ans i did everthing they needed, but till date we dont have any proper feedback, <br> I need help and gettimg this solved, as my ddad has passed on and we gave all the documents that they needed, Absa is the executors on our parents late estate the longer the aaccount is open we hace to pay more can you help please
