Absolutely terrible service

<p>I am highly upset with the services I have been trying to get the money that I have worked for only to be sent around!! I sent all my papers on the 3rd Febuary, I called numerous times and got told all is in order till a couple of weeks ago I received a call from Tracy Lee advising me they want to put the money in but my bank account is closed, I then had to go get a letter from my bank proving that its open, then came the story of I need my divorce papers, they then sent me a form that I had to fill out and take to the police station which I did, then the supervisor Patricia told me I need to go to ANY high court and get a copy of my divorce decree, which I did only to be told that I would have to go to the court that we were divorced in, I couldnt afford a lawyer to do that so I had to drive 5 hours to get to the court I received a copy of my divorce decree and then srnt it through to them today, I asked numerous times iver email so it is on black and white is there anything else I need as I am driving to get the divorce decree, they advised me No just the divorce decree, I send the divorce decree what do they tell me? I need the settlement now!!! Which is 5 hours away at the same court I went to for the divorce decree. Can you believe she then asks me for my ex wifes details so she can call her??? Ive been divorced for 5 years I am mad as hell and I feel like they have wasted my time and petrol i had to take off work for this!!! Eugene Kotze </p>
