About 2 pots systems claim

I app**** for retirement Provident fund (2pots system) on the 9th of September 2024 and whenever I make a follow up my claim i can't get through i make a call everyday and i can't get help it's been long now and i didn't get any respond. Their services are very poor and please help me out plz
