7 Months and still no pay out.

I app**** for my provident fund on the 22/06/15, They said it would take 3-4months, it has now been 7 months and still no payout. I phoned in October, and was told to keep phoning every two weeks to check up on the progress, which i did. In December i contacted them numerous times, but was told they were closing for the holidays and that i was to call back on the 4/01/16. By then i had now spent over R650 on pre-paid airtime trying to find out what exactly is going on and why i have not received my money. On the 4th Jan i contacted them, & was yet AGAIN the 9th caller, they then told me hey request my last certificate of service, which i personally handed in on the 5/01/16. I contacted the Durban office on the 13th, after holding on for over 15 minutes, i was told they were too busy and to call back later. I contacted them YET AGAIN on the 14th after trying numerous times, and was told they would contact me. After contacting me, i was furious to find out my certificate was only going to be sent off today 14th . This is pathetic, I am highly irritated & disgusted & can not understand how this can take so long!! I am still unemployed & have bills to pay & a family to feed.
