7 months and stil waiting

Hello, after six months I'm still<br> waiting for my provident fund. .<br> Tuesday I decided to call they told<br> me that the bar code on the copy of<br> my I.D is too dark. Wasn't I suppose<br> to be informed of this from day one I<br> mean its almost 7 months. Not once<br> did they try to informed me of this<br> which means if I hadn't called I<br> never would'v known. Services from<br> mibfa is beyond negligent and poor.<br> BAD SERVICES!!!<br>
