4 Months Later - Where is my money with your horrible service

Submitted my claim end October 2019. Its now 13th February and still nothing. Everytime I call the story changes from missing documents to ID copies that are not clear. The worst is call centre agents who just put phone on mute and ignore you for 20min. Like its bad enough that you are holding my money ransom now you must waste my airtime cause it is not free to call you. Other places pay within 4-6 weeks and its 4 months later and story after story. You are so useless you do not even respond to hellopeter complaints cause you know you are messing with people's lives. Why must you be begged to pay out my money that was being deducted from my salary. Too many stories, too many lies. You think I am just asking for MY money for fun and I do not need it?
