3years still waiting for my late dad death fund

It's almost 3years now running around for my late death claim. I submitted everything required 2021 in February. 6months later made a follow up, I was then told that the person who was handling it no longer working there, and I was advise to give them 2 week. Didn't hear anything from them after that. 2months later I called, they than told me I need to open an estate bank account. Which I opened 2022 early, submitted the proof. Again they went awol. I tried again calling them than another story that they can't do tax dirative. Been in contact with SARS and going to SARS offices more than twice and they tell me that the company is submitting with the incorrect date. Till today nothing has happened, I am paying monthly charges for that bank account, they are quite and they don't want to make means of contacting SARS to fix whatever errors they are getting. I am really exhausted, they don't seem to have empathy. They are the ones doing dirative, they are the one that should be in contact with SARS not me. Last email I sent them was in April, I never received any response from them. I don't know their system, I don't work with diratives, how the hell I must be able to resolve this issue?
